INTRODUCTION

Launched in the days following the attacks on 9/11, the Flabby Hoffman Commission has been tirelessly reviewing the facts surrounding this tragedy. What follows is the Third Revised Edition of this Commission's report of their ongoing investigation into the incident. This particular edition concentrates on seeking the true motives and perpetrators and offers a dramatically different perspective than the U.S. Sponsored 9/11 Commission, but more importantly, the process is being conducted in an effort to illicit a specific response in the minds of the reader. The premise and continuity might be too divergent for many to rely upon, the fact might be too frightening for people to admit to themselves, but the idea is to remind people that we should not assign the sole responsibility of the investigation of our government exclusively to our government. The problem with the 9/11 Commission, The Warren Commission and the Iran Contra Commission is that they are made up of the people that are directly involved or intimated connected to those that contributed to the incidents being investigated. Once those Commissions release their reports, our population has a regrettable habit of blindly accepting the results as being valid and exhaustive. The findings of these Commissions contour our thoughts and make it difficult to gain a deeper perspective as we figure that no stone has been left unturned. That is a dangerous mistake; many aspects and angles have yet to even make it into the public debate. The idea is to inspire those in our society to think for themselves, it is not difficult to review the facts independently, and most of all that it is wrong to allow a monopoly on the investigation of these tragedies in the hands of those who were in part responsible for them.

THE FLABBY HOFFMAN 9/11 COMMISSION

Events in America over the last 50 years have been dominated by the zealous militarism and right wing ideology. The legacy of our victory in WWII has left a United States dominated by its military objectives. We are now on the brink of allowing this militaristic culture to create a state of permanent war, a way to feed itself in perpetuity. The war against �terror� is really a war against �Terra.�

The tragedy on the day of 9/11, as bad as it was, already pales in comparison to the results. Over 1000 American Military personnel have died in Iraq and Afghanistan to date, as well as over 11,000 casualties. Some estimates say that as many as 67,000 Iraqis alone have died at our hands with casualties in the low six figure range. We are merely into year three of what has yet to be publicly named as World War III. The current President has proclaimed that this war might last generations�once again the military industrial complex has found a way to get our society to devote every aspect of it's productive capacity to support the war machine. It is the stated purpose of this Commission to ascertain the reason why this terrorism exists, the source of the problem and identifying the true enemies of peace loving people. The Commission has collected compelling evidence that the source of this endless war on terrorism begins here in the United States and postulates that the ultimate answers to end this war do not lie within a military victory.

The Modern Day Republican Party of the last thirty years is the reincarnation of the Nazi Party, or Fourth Reich if you will. Hitler in his first four years for example had not presided over nearly as many deaths as the Bush Regime. Only the presidency of Lincoln has presided over as many deaths as Bush in his first term. The number of dead in the world or those living in indentured servitude in work camps and sweat shops around the world to pay for our profit margins have been strategically relegated to the status of persona non-grata by a press unwilling or unable to reveal the consequences of out actions. We are not allowed to see the consequences of our culture through anything but outsider media resources, which are difficult to reliably access. Everything from our covert overthrow of Guatemala in the 1950's to the overthrow of Allende in Chile, to Alger Hiss and McCarthy-ism, the secret and illegal bombing of Cambodia and Laos, the Watergate cover up, COINTELPRO, the overthrow of the Carter Administration through covert activities that led to the Oil Crisis of the 70's and the Iranian Hostages, the Iran/Contra cover up, the destruction of the U.S. Constitution by the subjugation of State's rights to hold their own elections and overthrow of U.S. government by doctoring election results in the 2000 presidential election. The only difference between the modern day Republican and The Nazi is that Hitler used Jews as his formative demons, whereas The Republicans use Muslims. This report will show several analogies between the Republicans and the current culture of The United States and the worst totalitarian autocracies in the history of Earth. I will also pose several postulations to consider regarding the possible involvement of the Republicans and the Bush Regime as being the source of the planning and facilitation of the bombing of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.

Keep this idea in your mind for this entire dissertation. On the political spectrum, the most radical version of left wing ideology is pure communism; the most pure expression of right wing ideology is fascism. The United States has been guided farther and farther towards a total right wing ethos since the days of Eisenhower and we are finally on the cusp of having moved so far to the right as to be a fascist state. While we must all do our best to decide for ourselves between what is right and wrong, increasingly there are fewer and fewer voices offering even the most mild opinions of dissent in the public sphere. Increasingly we find one viewpoint, a viewpoint which demands a military answer for all problems; a voice that speaks using broad brush strokes and counts on a total lack of critical thought on the part of our culture, as the only viewpoint our mass culture allows us to have. Mass media is defined and utterly controlled by corporate interests imposing their ethos and agenda on our free will. Everything you see or hear on any news media contains an editorial agenda created by the heads of pathologically conservative corporations hell bent on domination. The Commission invites you to join us on this quest, to presume if only for a moment, that we are completely capable of thinking for ourselves.

The first thing that I must address, when even considering what to most of you must seem like blasphemy, is to evoke that greatest of American ideals, that of freedom of thought and expression. We are poised on the brink of World War III and certainly faced with the most delicate global situation since Archduke Franz Ferdinand II was assassinated to issue in the beginning of World War I. With the relative instability of so many governments throughout Eastern Europe, the Middle East, The Balkans, Africa and the Sub-Continent, any number of incredibly tragic and violent scenarios could result with hostilities in motion. The leaders of this country have proven themselves to be throughout their entire life dehumanized shills for special interests, right wing ideologues and borderline sociopaths that even in the most objective of viewpoints are incapable of comprehending the subtleties of what would be necessary to truly lead a country in times of trouble. As these hostilities in these volatile regions continue, it is impossible to think that these other vulnerable and potentially explosive countries wont fall into conflict. It would also be conceivable that the aggression of China being attached to this conflict in the Asia subcontinent, as well as other countries like Russia, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, North Korea, Pakistan and warring countries throughout Africa will see the distraction of the conflict and the pre-occupation of the U.S. Coalition in Central Asia and the Middle East as an opportunity to become imperialistic and seek greater power over its people through greater oppressive means. This could also induce a lot of historically aggressive regions within that area to explode, Serbia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Chechnya, Greece, Macedonia are all on the brink of total political instability. Many Arab nations would also love to open a war on many fronts. Iraq at the beginning of the war was basically at third world nation. We had starved its people with profound sanctions since the end of the Gulf War and applied precision bombings on a regular basis. We were led to believe that Afghanistan was a formidable enemy for years, and the Iraqis were in control of weapons of mass destruction. Our highest level foreign official, The Secretary of State, went to the United Nations with doctored phony evidence which made it seem like Iraq has a profound and advanced chemical weapons programs. This was a complete fabrication used to justify a war that has killed and injured over 100,000 people. How did the Afghanis kept the Russians at bay for years and finally pushed them out if they were in reality just the same weaklings we pushed out of power in less than three weeks. It is almost difficult to remember our own propaganda on this, but we were led to believe that the Afghani War would be a difficult and arduous one that could take years. How is it that our route of their forces was so immediate and complete? The lie is blatant. Could it be that the Russians were that weak, or was it that our commitment to help the Afghanis in their war against the communists was much greater than anyone supposed. Either way we as a people were lied to. The Afghanis turned out to be an ill equipped, outnumbered and over matched opponent that gave little if any resistance to the belligerents.

The same is true of Iraq. We are being lied to again. How is it that we had enough detourants to keep the Russians from blowing up the world, but not enough to keep the Iraqis from blowing up a small part of it? This should show us the true nature of the American media as nothing more than a propaganda device for the American Fascist Military apparatus. No one has even been allowed to state the idea that should the Iraqis ever really obtain a weapon of mass destruction and either threaten to use it or actually deploy it that the retaliation would be so swift and destructive as to turn Iraq into a dust bowl for a 1000 years. If Iraq came up with even one dirty bomb and found some way to deliver it abroad to attack the so-called �Homeland�, which alone is tactically impossible, and destroyed something with it the U.S., we would flatten the country with 100 warheads within two minutes. It is inconceivable to any well reasoned person that a country or even a madman leader would invite guaranteed total annihilation. It is our leaders however who are madmen. Several weeks ago it was reported that Bush had signed an executive order authorizing the CIA 10 million dollars in funds to carry out a covert operation to assassinate Sadaam Hussien. We live in an America that allows for its President to put a hit out on someone of their choosing. Supposedly we have every right to do this. Nobody in fact even seemed to care. If the President can put a hit out on anybody he wants and no one cares, then what else are these people capable of and what else are we not hearing about. How is it that there is no uprising over this in the U.S.? Are we so complacent that we allow a President to authorize murder just because we've been led to believe the person he wants dead is bad? Let me remind you that Sadaam was our Ally during the Iran/Iraq War. We were the ones that supplied him with and trained him on the use of chemical weapons in the first place. Anytime that someone blames Sadaam for using chemical weapons on his own people, we should remember that we helped him do that. After all the ultimate consequence of Sadaam's invasion of Kuwait was that the United States was then justified to create and maintain several new military bases in the Middle East, within easy striking range of their precious oil fields should any insurgency or true enemy threaten them. Is it possible that Sadaam continued to be an American puppet long after our public support for him had ended? Is that the real reason why he was left in power at the end of the Gulf War?

There are a lot of questions that need to be asked. Why have our leaders been so slow to react in the Palestinian/Israeli conflict? Why was Enron so heavily involved in both the California energy crisis, which directly led to the deposing of the Democratic Governor, and the building of a massive power plant in the Palestinian territories right before the second Entifada began. How is it that one of Enron's top executives turns up dead amidst rumors that he was going to turn states evidence. Is there a connection between the Enron and the Bush Regime�yes we know that is a fact. So is it also true that through Enron that there is a connection with the second Entifada to the Bush Regime? The second Entifada started just as Clinton had positioned the Israelis to offer a treaty giving the Palestinians most of what they wanted, the so-called Dayton Accords. As soon as the offer was made, Arafat rejected it and the Entifada started just in time for the U.S. elections in 2000. Did the Bush Regime offer such clandestine payments as the promise of infrastructure built cheaply by Enron as a payment for the uprising and the terrorism? It's hard to say. What can easily be said is that Enron played a major role in both the Palestinian state and the state of California who is now billion dollars in the red thanks in large part to their role in the energy crisis of 2001. The rising star of California Democratic Governor Grey Davis is now fully destroyed, and that state is now controlled by A. Schwarzeneggar who made his fortune by glorifying violence and dehumanizing death who himself is the son and therefore the legacy of a Nazi Party member and Brown Shirt S.A. officer.

So many of these things seem geared towards creating fear and uncertainty in our culture. In creating an unstabilized nation is makes it easier for irrational thought to become a prevailing sentiment. The destruction of the economy plays a perfect role in this. How is it that Alan Greenspan raised interest rates during the end of the Clinton era some 7 times in a row to create an unprecedented level of activity in his office only to out do himself a year later with Bush in office by 11 lowerings of the interest rates within a year. This is uncharted territory. Greenspan was appointed by Reagan.

In the anthrax attacks that came up following the 911 incident, how is it that the targets were all supposed �liberal� wing players? The two political offices that were actually hit were democrats including of course Tom Daschle, the leader of the Democratic Party, also the quote unquote liberal media was targeted as the ABC News network was hit which is owned by Disney, the one media player that is somewhat less than totally committed to belligerence and censorship. Once again the taint of Nazi tactics is all over this incident. No one is caught, only innocent people are implicated. In the meantime repressive measures and a wave of terror, and the mindset it creates, spread all throughout our nation.

The secret government that was put into action after 9/11 of thousands of government employees is still in action. What are they doing? How many people have we imprisoned and how long will they be kept without trial or without the right to face their accusers. John Ashcroft is leading the charge to destroy every right to privacy that we have without a word on when they will be returned or to what extent Americans are being falsely intruded upon. How many lives will be ruined before we chose to solve the problems that created terrorism in the first place instead of trying to destroy more things in an effort to control the symptoms. In my mind the only reason we are choosing the course of action that we have employed is that the terrorists themselves must be the same people that are controlling the reaction to it. In my mind the terrorist behind 911, behind the California energy crisis, behind the second entifada and the Palestinian terrorist bombings, behind Enron and the drop in the stock market, behind the Anthrax, behind the destruction of the U.S. economy�the terrorist behind all of it is the Bush Regime. If you take an aerial snapshot of it then you'll see it is merely a blueprint pulled directly from the pages of Mein Kamph!

If I am correct in thinking that the United States has been taken over by neo-fascist warmongers, we will never be able to believe what they say. I believe the propaganda is so all encompassing that the truth is indecipherable. So if they tell us who to hate and who to fight, we will probably never know the real reasons why. We are seeing the groundwork being laid now for an invasion of Iran for the second term of George W. currently. Aside from the obvious nuclear warnings that we are being frequently alerted to, there is also a series of threats reported much lower on the radarscope levied by Iran at Israel. Iran has stated that they might feel compelled in the near future to launch a pre-emptive military strike against Israel focused on attacking their nuclear program. A missile strike against Israel would immediately compel the U.S. to cross the border and attack Iran. No one would even question it and we might even be able to build a bigger coalition that The Coalition Of The �Billing� (countries we paid off to join us in Iraq). George W. Bush, a man that did not win the popular vote to become President, a man who did not hold a steady job until he was forty, a man who has freely admitted that throughout most of his adult life he had never read more than one book, a man who although implicated in insider trading is not being investigated by any of the special prosecutors that plagued his predecessor is the head of the most powerful nation on Earth and has named his objective �Operation Infinite Justice.� A title whose name calls up images of Armageddon to me; and it must have for the rest of the world as well, for he immediately withdrew the name a day after having label his war that. Oddly enough the title was chosen with little regard to outraged Muslims caring little for the fact that they religiously observed that only Allah could meet out Infinite Justice. Bush has referred to the war against �Terra/terror� as a �Crusade,� certainly a poor choice of words to employ. With Bush's attempts to mold our country into a neo-Christian state instead of a secular one, he is poised to invade the area once occupied by the Persian Ottoman empire during the times of the original crusades for which they still to this day carry great contempt towards the Western world�and on top of that he gives a name to his war of �Infinite Justice� a phrase that is scary enough on its own, but turns out is also insulting to Muslims. The Bush Regime once again proving that not only do they know nothing of their enemy, but they couldn't even care less if they insult our allies within the Muslim world at a time when we need all the friends we can get in that area. On many occasions, Bush has said that we should prepare for a prolonged war that will last years or even generations. His pals at General Electric, the world's biggest defense contractors, must love that. It's no wonder that NBC, the network owned by General Electric, has given Bush so much favorable coverage and been so mild in editorializing the incredible brutality and destructiveness of his Regime.

The Bush Regime has shown uncommon adroitness at coming up with terms to fuel and focus the hatred of his fowl and dehumanized mentality upon us, such as axis of evil. The term accomplishes so much so quickly. It gives a name to his hatred. It associates Iraq, Iran and North Korea with the Nazis so we will subconsciously demonize them further. �Axis of evil� gives us a goal to expand his war until we have World War III, an endless war with the so called law abiding countries living as military states and the rogue states being thrown into endless upheaval and destruction. That is the vision of the Bush Regime. If you ask me, at this point, if there is a true axis of evil it is the United States and Britain.

John Ashcroft has insisted that broader powers are needed by the FBI for the surveillance of Americans without needing to prove substantial cause and without any supervision by any other authority. Without needing to prove probable cause, the government would be free to plant evidence and arrest whomever they want. This is America were talking about here. The last bastion of Freedom. This is uncharted territory. Soon it will be unlikely that we will even be able to have a well reasoned conversation in this country in public, it will be unlikely that schools will teach critical thought, soon they'll be saying stuff like we won the Vietnam War and that pollution is a good thing. I once heard Rush Limbaugh say on a radio promo that oil reserves were renewing themselves and that we would never have to worry about oil running out. Those few people in this nation who truly believe in the objectives of The Bill of Rights, the spirit of the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution will all be jailed. Recently my own efforts to put together a small salon styled activist and discussion group were met immediately by email threats, dozens upon dozens of email viruses, having my website pulled from its server without warning or reason and I even got a threat from my internet service provider that they were getting ready to come after me. We are currently living in a fascist state; we are deluded into thinking there is real freedom here. We are just so apathetic and disenfranchised that the government never needs to apply the forces it has in place to control us. Americans are cowed by the difficulties of their burden to support the capitalist process in a state that is overwhelmingly infested with crime and exploited by wantonly unrestrained corporations. These institutional problems, together with the red tape of the bureaucracies on which this country thrives, means that we are all beaten into a state of apathy and driven to a desperate need to escape. Next week I will speak to these problems, but suffice it to say that Americans have been systematically and intentionally bled dry of all but the materialistic creature comfort type items which they are only allowed to have because the purchasing of them fuels the capitalist process and the military industrial complex. Nascar exists because it allows for the private sector to pay for the development of high performance engines which in turn are used to power the war machines as patrons pay for tickets and TV brings in ad revenue siphoned off of the higher prices we pay for our goods and services. Guns are still legal not because of the NRA or even lobbyists. Guns are legal because the income stream created through the public purchasing of guns pays for much of the research and development needed to make better weapons as well as keeping the factories open and busy in between their having to fulfill government weapons contracts. Many of you will take issue with what I have to say because of how long and how slow the process of your society's brainwashing has been and on how many different and intrusive levels it takes place. The truth is that you have been manipulated all your life, and you have already been manipulated into the war that will likely cause the annihilation of Earth, soon there might not be anything we can do about it, and in fact it might already be too late to stop. The use of electronic voting machines that do not create paper trails to verify votes and that have been proven to have very weak security to prevent hackers, might have been specifically designed to bring complete closure to free elections in this country. The 2000 Presidential Election has taught us that is does not really matter who won the race, it only matters who has the best bullies in the right places in this day and age.

The results of 9/11 thus far: The Bush Regime now controls the richest poppy fields and the richest oil fields in the world and our country has asserted itself to take the right to torture, kill and destroy personal freedom without any objective authority being able to control or monitor its actions. The world is like a right-wingers Disneyland. The truth is that opium exports had gone down during the reign of the Taliban. Since the Bush Regime took over in Afghanistan, they are now the tops in opium exports again. A cursory study of the Iran Contra Affair will reveal that the drug trade played a vital role for Bush Sr.'s funding of Black Ops. Many skeptics feel that the invasion of the Afghanis was to build an oil pipeline from southern Russia�they often forget the drug connection.

The first thing to remember is that George W. Bush is a talking monkey for Dick Cheney and what must be some unseen Ultra Right brain trust. Bush has never expressed a coherent thought in public that was not written for him. He actually seems to talk at times as if he is waiting for prompts from an earpiece�that is when he is not simply reading his speech as on his weekly radio addresses. His thoughts and his speeches are not words of his own; they were all constructed for him. Bush himself is a puppet for the right. Those few times that he has strayed from the script, he sputters an incomprehensible stream of impertinent non-sequeters that belie no knowledge whatsoever of the subject which he is speaking to. Use of rhetoric and the black and white phraseology of his speechwriters always distances him from any details, he is always talking circles around the issues, never speaks to causation or defines pragmatic answers to any issue ever. There is always a belligerent and angry tone to his voice, again especially on his weekly radio speeches. The unilateral force of his proclaiming that everything he does is the right and only way people should be allowed to think smack in his tone of his voice. At his last press conference when asked he actually said he had never made a single mistake while in office�a la Master Race. Bush, by the way, has had fewer press conferences than any president in history and put in the most campaign appearances in history. Appearance over substance. He is the talking monkey.

Bush Jr. is a habitual liar. We however are forced to believe his words and not his actions. He claims to be free trade, but put in farm subsidies and steel subsidies and tariffs to protect American products infuriating the rest of the world. He never speaks of any details and paints everything with broad brush strokes. What does this mean for our purposes? It means that he is a President on paper only and that the true evil that runs this country now is operating below the radar screen. We have given the authority to wage an unrestrained war which is defined as �Infinite Justice� and unqualified powers of social repression to an ultra right conservative concern who is fronted by a man who comes off like a dim witted bloodthirsty maniac with total disregard for the human condition. Every time a human issue comes up he invokes the generic terms of �The Bible� and �God� or speaks a few Spanish words in a pathetic forced accent and says that he will �prey on it� instead of addressing the actual issues underlying the problem at hand. His efforts to destroy any argument made against his policies always consists of the position that he does want a �quick� solution to a problem, that he wants the �right� solution no matter how long it takes, no matter what the issue�be it the Kyoto Treaty, The Power Crisis in California, the use of national lands for energy extraction, the over all oil prices throughout the country rising exorbitantly and several other examples in his tenure. This way he blocks all things getting done that he opposes and simply never revisits the issue. He seems to be representing people with a heinous anti-global agenda. In the meantime people suffer in meaningful ways�people get trapped in elevators in rolling brownouts in California, small companies and manufacturing plants close because there's no power and maybe are driven out of business, people are laid off and put in weakened conditions because of the economic crisis and so on. Could it be that this is an intentional campaign to destroy one of the Democrats biggest strongholds�California? Democrats in California have been singled out for attack by the right, both in the Gary Condit-Chondra Levy scandal and in their efforts to pin the entire blame for the energy crisis on California's Governor Grey Davis. Levy it has been said had two other affairs with married men in her life�why don't we hear about them at all. Bush and Cheney have been said to own a great deal of stock in the companies who control the power that California has had to buy since deregulation. Why don't we hear about the details of their involvement? Why does the Supreme Court allow Cheney to keep the records of his Energy Commission secret? Is it a conflict of interest that Cheney and Antonin Scalia should go on a hunting trip together with Scalia's son right before the Supreme Court was to hear the case? The Court remanded the case back to a lower court, which virtually assured the information would not be made public before the 2004 elections. The undeniable ramifications of both the New York bombing and the power crisis in California are that two great democratic strongholds have been thrown into massive political upheaval, making the democratic party weaker than ever. And why were only left wing elements and so called liberal elements targeted in the Anthrax attacks? Is this the Republican agenda, is this what politics will look like now that someone who emulates the Anti-Christ is overthrowing the country? If this is how the Bush Regime operates on destroying their enemies, what else might they be capable of? And what of the deaths of senators Paul Wellstone and Carnahan. Both were killed in mysterious separate plane crashes, which took place literally days before their respective elections in 2000 and 2002. Both were enemies of the right, Wellstone one of the few hard core progressive members of the Senate and Carnahan was running against and beating John Ashcroft in the race for a Missouri Senate seat. Most importantly the Senate seats for both of these gentlemen are now owned by Republicans, and their margin is what gave the Right Wing control of the Senate. The last time a sitting senator had died while in office was in the time of Jefferson.

Tonight we will try and get the ball rolling in an effort to find the truth behind our condition. We will do this by looking at historical examples, and we will be examining anomalies surrounding the events of 09/11/01, which I believe open reasonable doubt as to the nature of the involvement of the Bush Regime as the possible source of this terrorist action against the American people. First lets take a look at what I believe to be are signs that the Republicans are to blame.

1. Bush in Florida during attacks

•  Blind acceptance of the face of a situation would lead one to believe that this is pure coincidence, however if you were part of a conspiracy to have mercenaries bomb Washington D.C. would you be in Washington at the time? Even the conventional media has said that the fourth plane that crashed in Pennsylvania was most likely heading to the White House or possibly the Capital. If the Bush regime was behind this attack they would need to keep him safe�hence keep him in good old Florida, the state his brother runs and the state that the Republicans subverted to carry out their coup on the government. In other words a Bush security strong hold. It would be the same as keeping Hitler in

Munich while the Nazis burned the Reichstag. I find it very curious that George

Bush had just returned from a month long vacation away from Washington and

was already hitting the road again.

2. Which brings us to the month long vacation.

•  Bush takes heavy political lumps for taking an entire month off of work only six months into his term as President after already having taken several long weekends off in Texas before then. Immediately upon his return from the month long vacation the attacks take place. The vacation could have served to accomplish two very important objectives: 1. It gave the handlers time to prepare Bush to handle the post-bombing activities and 2. readied him to become facile with the jingoistic war rhetoric that we are being treated to now. Also having Bush out of town meant that the press and the activities of government were slowed down greatly. This would have given the right wing American extremists enough time and autonomy away from the normal hustle and bustle of the regular work schedule to put this plan into action. This conspiracy likely had its germination during the defeat of Bush Sr. when Dick Cheney was the Secretary of Defense. The ultra right wing faction of the American political and capitalist forces could have been planning this event for years and might have been responsible for such things as making Clinton a lame duck from day one whose only purpose during his Presidency seemed to be in order for the Republicans to have an easy target in order to continue the vilification of liberal and/or progressive thought in this country. The years of planning however hinged on the main puppet, George Jr. being ready to spew the party line, the month long vacation gave them ample time to ready their mouthpiece. .

To make matters worse, we now know that during the month long vacation, a memo had been circulated that Bin Laden was planning an eminent attack on America and nothing was done�the vacation went on uninterrupted.

•  The destruction of New York and the rendering of its people into walking wounded.

The Nazis in their early rise to and consolidation of power were so brutally successful because of two reasons: one was their masterful handling of propaganda geared towards exploiting a climate of hatred and fear that had risen in their society during the post war depression era of the twenties and thirties. Who but the intentionally dumbed down masses of the American body politic could forget the ruthless efficiency with which the Nazis disposed of their enemies. This is the second key to their rise to power. In the night of long knives and the crystal night, Hitler's S.A. Troops, the same group Schwarzeneggar's father belonged to (and later S.S. troops), killed or arrested those on Hitler's enemies list thereby eliminating any threat to his political thought and power. These violent activities rendered those left alive either too stricken with terror to act independently or too disenfranchised and destabilized to mount any significant threat. If you were an ultra right conservative and you wanted to carry out a plan to involve the world in a huge war, or secure lands for oil pipelines, where would the enemies for your plan be? Who would they be and how could you dispose of them in a way that would not leave the public suspicious of your activities. The answer would involve the last bastion of progressive thought in the country, New York City. New York City has long been a target for the right wing propaganda point people such as Tony Snow, The Fox Network and Rush Limbaugh to label it as the center of that most disdainful of human qualities, the elite liberal media. Both Limbaugh and the Fox network have operated as ideologue propaganda devices for the far right wing since their introduction to the airwaves during the first Bush Administration. Be that as it may, it is true that New York is the center of reason in this country with the greatest concentration of the most educated people in the nation. This country has a culture that by and large revolves around placating the lowest common denominator and has become so surface minded and self gratifying that there is little widespread critical thought within the vox populi. New York is really the last bastion where many people are given to critical thought and where the most educated people are�you take out or render New York disabled in some way then you have destroyed the one enemy that could possibly be equipped to offer an intellectual foil to the propaganda of the far right and the wartime rhetoric of the Bush Regime. Such an all encompassing and destructive event as the World Trade Center bombing has rendered all of New York disabled and taken away their ability to do anything to stop the political right. It has the same effect now as it did when the Nazis got rid of their enemies. Now there are very few within the country who are not living under immense stress and despair with the type of intellectual capacity that could challenge the ideology of our leaders. This is made worse by a mass media that endlessly and exclusively pumps conservative viewpoints and lifestyles into our psyche.

•  The Pentagon destruction limited to the least populated areas

Sure the plane hit the Pentagon, but it happened to hit the one area that was sparsely populated and probably not even being used much because of recent renovations. Hitting the military headquarters has the psychological effect of preventing people from thinking that a military covert action would be designed to destroy a portion of itself. How would anyone think that someone trying to start World War III by engineering the terrorist attack of 09/11/01 would actually attack the center of the establishment that would carry out that war? The fact of the matter is that it could be a diabolical deflection of our attention. A real terrorist would have destroyed the White House or the Capital with that plane which would have been a much more spiritually crushing blow against the U.S., but by crashing it into the Pentagon they remove any suspicion that a U.S. military function would have planned this. The fact is however that the plane crashed specifically into an area of the building that basically doesn't affect the military's ability to act at all. It is an amazing coincidence at best. Plane crash number three in this model is powerful in terms of the spin control for the Bush Regime, negligible in terms of its destructive repercussions.

•  CIA Ties To Bin Laden

The C.I.A. has long term ties to Osama Bin Laden as they trained him during the Afghani war against Russia. Bin Laden indeed was a leader in the U.S. back military resistance against the U.S.S.R., trained and supplied under a massive C.I.A. covert and illegal operation. George Bush Sr. was of course the head of the Republican National Committee and the C.I.A. under of all people Richard Nixon, where dirty tricks, illegal wars, government overthrows and covert actions were the rule of the day. In fact a young aid was also to cut his teeth during the Nixon administration, none other than Dick Cheney. Donald Rumsfeld also was a high level executive of the Nixon Regime so in reality all of today's leaders learned their tricks about secret wars from the master himself. After Nixon's resignation, Cheney was one of the lead advisors to Gerald Ford during the transition. George Bush Sr.'s long term ties to the C.I.A. and their most dangerous covert subculture carry a long running theme of U.S. violent and illegal activities. Bush was also Chairman of The Republican National committee during this time. Overseeing the Republican party and the C.I.A. at the close of both the Vietnam Era and the Watergate cover up meant that Bush was more than likely responsible for the covering up of a tremendous amount of damage control. And damage control in that era meant the illegal and potentially coercive suppression of information at all costs. During the Reagan campaign for the presidency a plot was hatched to gain control of the U.S. government by weakening the Presidency of the Carter Administration. This plot has been loosely referred to as The Iran Contra affair. Most concentrate on the illegal selling of arms to Iran to illegally fund Contra rebels in El Salvador, but little take into account the fact that the U.S. Hostages in Iran were released the Day after Reagan became President. The arms sales to Iran were done with a contingency that involved the U.S. Hostages being released immediately after the election of Reagan being successfully concluded. This means that the organizers of Iran Contra weren't just breaking the law, but they were acting to carry out subversive activities to intentionally overthrow the Administration of Carter and get Reagan elected�in other words in my opinion they overthrew the government of the United States. The publicized part of Iran/Contra, the selling of arms mostly took place after the Reagan presidency began. But the timing of the hostage release should leave little doubt of a pre-election effort by the Republicans. It might even be that the hostage scenario was conceived and implemented by right wing elements led by Bush Sr. Also the years since have shown how connected to the oil industry the Bush's are and what a long history of covert action we have had in the region. Could these ties have even been used to force the oil crisis of the 1970's, which destroyed our economy and became another key reason that the Carter Administration fell? To me there is little doubt that this is what took place. And those who considered the Reagan years as a return to �Wholesome American Values� never could quite allow for anyone in the press to plainly say that Reagan and Bush used thousands of CIA operatives and mercenaries who for at least five years sold drugs bought from Noriega to kids in Los Angeles to buy arms to bribe the Iranians into holding the hostages and topple the Democrats. Remember during the campaign of 1980, Watergate was only four years old and the Republicans, had they not taken desperate steps, could have ceased to be a functioning power in the U.S. As it turns out only four years after being exposed as murderous criminals, the Republicans were already back in power, and this time with a new aire of harsh right wing ideology and a pro-big business union busting style that wound up destroying blue collar America and creating a climate of self righteous hatred, religious right psuedo-Christian superiority and ultra-partisan rhetoric that had never been as pronounced in the American Dialectic before. Who was the highest level official in the Reagan campaign with C.I.A. experience�why none other than George Bush. Even a cursory examination of the Bush family activities reveals a long line of questionable behavior which often times had heinously murderous results perpetrated through violent covert terrorism, international money trading and Guerilla warfare. Bush Sr.'s father, Prescott Bush, ran Union Bank, which laundered money for the Nazis up to and during World War II and also laundered money for Stalin. Iran Contra, the covert funding and training of the Afghani rebels in their war against the U.S.S.R., The support of Sadaam Hussein in the Iran/Iraq War, The Gulf War and Oil. These are elements that connect the Bush family with the Arabs. They often in fact seem to be soul mates who have co-operated with the same results as a contagion of unimaginable destruction in the past. On December 11, 1992 it was revealed by the White House that George Bush had kept secret diaries regarding the entirety of the Iran-Contra government plot, yet he was never forced to produce these documents, nor was he indicted. The activities of Iran Contra were illegal, Bush knew of them yet nothing was done. This proves that there are rogue elements in our government that do not believe in equal processing under the law. There were several key people who died, received Presidential pardon from Bush Sr. or were rendered incapacitated during the Iran Contra investigation leading one to think that a cover up was the order of the day. Pablo Escobar, the bag man for the money laundering of Iran Contra funds�dead. William Casey, the director of the CIA during Iran Contra�dead. Ronald Reagan, President of the U.S. during Iran Contra�supposedly stricken with Alzheimer's taken completely out of the public eye. Manuel Noriega, the puppet leader who moved the drugs for the CIA to raise capital and protected the banks where the money was laundered, U.S. invasion of his country under the guise of The Drug War captured Noriega and isolated him in a prison cell guarded round the clock by Federal Troops also taken completely out of the public eye. In fact it was said that three and a half billion dollars were missing during the investigation and that only two people had access to the bank account through which the money was laundered�the now dead Pablo Escobar and the father of our President George Bush Sr. We will never know what Bush has done to this country in terms of compromising it's integrity, and it is inconceivable and utterly baffling that a country would be so deluded and so uninformed as to continue to elect people that have been so closely associated with so many appalling crimes. And for those of you who believe that our government is incapable of covering up the deaths of thousands or having accomplished an enormous covert operation designed specifically to have a dramatic negative impact on the American people�one need only look at the actions of the Republican party during Iran Contra. The killing of people in El Salvador numbered in the hundreds of thousands by some estimates. The Republicans and later the U.S. Government employed thousands of people, U.S. military and mercenaries, over at least a five year period during which these illegal activities took place and no one ever found out. It was only though a freak accident, the downing of the plane piloted by Eugene Hasenfus, that anybody ever found out a thing about this. A very telling event that should show the extent with which both the government and the media covered this up was that Bush Sr. suddenly pardoned Casper Weinburger, Admiral Poindexter (who would later be given a job by Bush Jr. in a key role at Homeland Security researching the personal background of the so called �Persons Of Interest�) three high ranking CIA officials and Robert McFarlane, the National Security Advisor, right before they went on trial and were to testify an action which, as special prosecutor for Iran Contra Lawrence Walsh put it, �radically altered investigations� and �forestalled timely impeachment proceedings� against the President (Bush Sr.). Weinburger was The Secretary of Defense during the cover up and also had extensive notes on the entire affair, which could now be suppressed. The special prosecutor Lawrence Walsh went on to say �In light of President Bush's own misconduct, we are gravely concerned about his decision to pardon others who lied to Congress and obstructed official investigations.� The American public was never really alerted to the intense level that this country was compromised and had its symbols tarnished�nine years later we would vote in the son of the man who fronted and covered up the U.S. government transporting and selling drugs to kids, The Republicans overthrowing the United States government by bribing the Iranians with arms to hold the hostages until after the Reagan election of 1980, the carrying out of an illegal war in El Salvador where thousands of innocent civilians were killed indiscriminately, Billions of dollars were illegally laundered through foreign banks, several people died or disappeared from site, files were burned, justice was obstructed at every turn through pardons from Bush and the Gulf War itself was initiated perhaps to reassert Bush's power and deflect attention from Iran Contra a war which almost got Bush Re-elected. These are only the recent deeds of the Republican Party. If we go back another 5 to 10 years we find the Nixon Administration with illegal bombings and invasions of Cambodia and Laos without a declaration of war and without anyone in America knowing about it. Hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians died at our hands in a secret covert operation portrayed by an American Republican. The Camere Rouge came to power in Cambodia as a direct result of our involvement there and they might have killed people numbering in the millions. Republicans even during the Eisenhower years were beginning to show their stripes. In Guatemala in 1954, the United Fruit Corp. led by the Chiquita Banana company convinced Eisenhower to rubber stamp a CIA covert military coup of the country because they wanted to make sure that their banana plantations would not be touched by social reform even though they had up until that time been left intact. Guatemala's peaceful and progressive leader Jacobo Arbenz Guzman, had headed a period in Guatemalan history that they themselves refer to as The Ten Years of Spring. During this time social and land reforms were initiated to combat the enormously widespread inequities that saw peasants living lives akin to slavery. The CIA went down to Guatemala and overthrew the government installing a puppet dictator Castillo Armas who immediately reversed all the previous reforms, criminalized all political dissent and opposition and went on a killing spree. Guatemala has never been the same. Civil unrest became a part of the landscape. By 1966 government death squads and civil wars were killing thousands. Nixon, Eisenhower's Vice President, was side by side with McCarthy during the McCarthyism Era. In fact it was Nixon, not McCarthy who started the trend with the jingoistic pursuit of the Alger Hiss case. Hiss had been called a communist by Chambers, an indicted communist sympathizer and Nixon pulled out every stop to mercilessly ruin Hiss in two famous trials at the end of the 1940's. The first trial turned up nothing, but a second trial was called where Hiss was once again cleared of Communist connections, but went to jail on a technicality of having accidentally purgered himself. He had been a high ranking and very highly regarded government official, but his life was ruined by Nixon who used it as a self-aggrandizing springboard to the national political scene. This trial set the tone that issued in the well known antics of McCarthy and his ilk as well as blacklisting in America. In the famous Checkers incident Nixon as a candidate for vice President was accused of having a secret slush fund which he used for personal expenses. The money had supposedly been given to him by contributors in exchange for political favors. Nixon gave one of the most famous speeches in political history on national television where he claimed poor mouth saying that all his wife could afford was �a good Republican cloth coat� and said the only thing of value he had ever received and kept for himself was a little dog named �Checkers� that a Texas oil man gave him. But Nixon always the pit bull even when giving a speech to save his career having been caught with a slush fund, sat there and accused the Democratic vice presidential candidate of putting his wife on a government paid ghost payroll for ten years. Well the rest of the Nixon transgressions are well documented even though they are by and large either forgotten or forgiven. The massive cover up, the secret black ops throughout the world, the intimidation and infiltration of the lives of Americans both at home or abroad, COINTELPRO�all done illegally�all revealed in a court of law. All crimes committed by the American Republican Party and all forgotten or forgiven by the American people. We might forget, but the rest of the world might not. How do you think they feel about this country to see us continually put these aggressive criminal sociopaths into power. It is important that we discuss the fact that these self same traitors and low lifes are now appointing a czar of internal affairs intelligence with what will be nearly unlimited powers to arrest and detain any people they deem to be enemies of the state as well as the potentially enormously repressive potential of the Office Of Homeland Security�They can say what they want and do what they want because for the first time they own the government and the media. We have given these people the power to wage war in an era where the rest of the world is working its way through a lot of anti-American sentiment. We might have a loosely framed coalition of support from the world's powers right now, but they are all based on a reaction to the overwhelming disaster of the Trade Center. Underlying it all is a high level of disdain for George Jr., a feeling that the American Presidential election was stolen, and an overall repulsion to America's wasteful and violent ways which leave it the most exploitative in the world for natural resources, the highest level of prison population by far, one of the highest death penalty rates in the world and the only civilized nation without national health of some sort. The prison population issue alone sees the United States with a larger prison population in the State of California alone than the entirety of all of Western Europe. Now that a shooting war has started on Bush Jr.'s War and thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians are killed and injured by us and the true nature of the potential of unlimited global conflict, or �Infinite Justice� as they called it, is revealed as the true goal of the Bush Regime, how long do you think the global coalition will back us. In fact there are already development plans well underway to replace N.A.T.O. in Western Europe with a defense force organized around the E.U. If Western Europe pulls out of N.A.T.O. it will leave a much more dangerous and destabilized world. The failure of the United Nations to re-elect the United States to the Human Rights Commission last year should be a clear sign to you of what the world thinks of the United States right now. It is nearly inconceivable that a country of our magnitude would not be included in that commission, but the world has a great and growing resolve to fight against the policies of the United States government and the corporations that control it.

•  Recent partisan overthrow of the U.S. Government

No matter where you come down on the subject of the Presidential election of 2000, the facts are this. The initial results were close enough to call for a recount in the state by law, the popular vote in the country went to Gore and it has been Constitutionally appointed to the states that they run and supervise their own elections. Instead, in an unprecedented move, the Federal government stepped in to decide the course of a states electoral process for the first time since the Civil War. The Supreme Court has never issued a ruling in less than three days in it's entire history and there are only a few examples of that. Yet in this case they handed down decisions on two separate occasions in less than 24 hours that imposed a forceful stopping of the state governed election process, subverting the U.S. Constitution with it's mandate that states run their own elections overturning the State Supreme Court of Florida's decision to call for a hand recount. No more than just a recount. All the decisions for the Supreme Court's actions were decided on a partisan basis. The five far right conservative justices were responsible for imposing the most definitive manipulation of the activities and restricting the autonomy of the state that has ever been seen. The recount itself was slowed and halted in many counties by the introduction of violent insurgents who started protesting with very aggressive violence calling up memories of the days of the Brown shirts in another fascist nation from the recent past. These are the facts. It is a testimony to the apathy and disenfranchised feeling of the American electorate that there was not a single protest for these unprecedented improprieties. What's most stunning is how these events look when held in stark contrast against the backdrop of what had happened in Serbia only months before. Slobidan Milosevich had declared the results of that country's elections nullified and prepared to impose his rule after having lost the popular vote. The Serbian people rose up and demanded and fought to install the rightfully elected leader, and the World including the United States stood in awe and praise and supported the Serbs actions to make sure that justice and democracy were enforced. This means if there was a poster child for democracy it would be a picture of Serbia, not the U.S. The United States did nothing, in fact the only person who made any attempt at challenging the results of the Presidential election was Jesse Jackson. A short while after his campaign to ensure that justice and democracy were being protected and that the election had been rightfully carried out, a sudden release of a scandalous story involving Jackson having fathered a child out of wedlock was released destroying Jackson's ability to do act. This scandal had actually been years old, but somehow made it to the surface the minute Jackson stood up against the Bushes. The thing about our society is�the government knows everything about us. Our credit card, preferred cards and bank transactions are just the tip of the iceberg�but they even can find out every telephone call we have ever made in our lives, every website we have ever searched, every movie we have ever rented, practically every person we have ever come into contact with and basically what we have ever spent any money on. Even before 9/11 the N.S.A. back as far as 1982 was monitoring 1 out of every 10 domestic phone calls and every international call coming into or going out of the United States. The N.S.A. is the largest branch of the U.S. Government and their job is to track the activities of every single one of us. What person can be immune to this level of scrutiny unless the government has no reason to use the information? If you ever blow the whistle on anything you will get the Jesse Jackson treatment causing the appearance of doubt in your voracity. They destroy you and they have destroyed your argument�again this is a tactic we have come to know and love from another regime based in fascism�steeped in hatred.

•  Apparently many terrorists were trained in the U.S. as pilots and many of the people that they have connected to this incident are people that should have been either picked up or under close observation, yet they were operating autonomously. Was this a failure of the C.I.A., the cooperation of the C.I.A. or were they intentionally turning their backs allowing this to happen? They use the idea that Iraq was a harbor to terrorists to justify the war�but the United States was a harbor for the 19 terrorists that hijacked the 9/11 planes. We never hear about the fact that we were the biggest nation harboring the worst terrorists of all�so what do we do, attack ourselves? We have seen countless reports of investigation on key members of the 9/11 terrorist cells in the U.S. where F.B.I or C.I.A. agents had identified these people and their suspicious activities, reporting their findings to others. At every turn these investigations were halted. Why? Why did Bush resist the formation of a 9/11 Commission, why did he try to name Henry Kissinger (another Nixon acolyte) to head that Commission even though many people throughout the world consider him to be a war criminal for his role in the overthrow of Allende in Chile, and why did Bush resist testifying to the 9/11 Commission and only acquiesce once they allowed him to testify with Dick Cheney in the room with him? Is it possible they do not really want to prevent another terrorist attack from happening? If the Republicans planned the attacks then, they wouldn't need to close any loopholes that allowed them to happen�they would encourage that these loopholes stay in place. Is this the reason why Bush has not appointed a special investigator?

•  The U.S. vulnerability to attack.

The path for the terrorists was seemingly cleared for the destruction on 9/11 to happen. Whether this is from complacency, poor management or complicity both New York and Washing were proved to have no aerial defenses capable of rapid response. Some reports said that the F.A.A. knew that hijacked planes were in the air as early as 7:45am an hour before the strike, yet no fighter planes were scrambled. Planes went off course a full half hour before the strike, yet no U.S. fighters were scrambled. No tapes have been released, but the F.A.A. would have been monitoring the flight from the moment they went off course and they would have tried to raise radio contact with the flights and would have found out that there was something wrong immediately, with a half hour to send something into the air to tail the rogue flights�yet the American military ordered no flights take to the air nor did the F.A.A. issue a warning that another plane was headed into the New York area after the first strike against the World Trade Center. It was fifteen minutes! In that fifteen minutes people in tower two actually started to go back to work! We need an explanation of how someone can watch another plane flying off course towards New York City for fifteen minutes following the initial strike, but could not get word the World Trade Center and the U.S. Military doesn't even have a helicopter in the area. The news helicopters had already surrounded the World Trade Center as evidenced by the multiple angles of the videotaped shots of the second impact. Are we supposed to believe that the news helicopters have a greater state of readiness than the U.S. military�exactly who is defending this country and what are their motives?

There were secondary explosions that immediately preceded the collapse of each of the two World Trade Center towers. Check the videotape of the tragedy, that is if the media ever plays that section of the tape again, which I have not seen since the event itself. The collapse of the towers commenced de to the secondary explosions which were massive and took place long after all of the gasoline would have burned away from whatever the airplanes had in tow. This would mean that there were secondary weapons on board the planes to ensure the towers would be obliterated.

•  Airlines routinely screen their passenger list for FBI red flags, yet 19 hijackers, many of whom were on watch lists and had as we now know been investigated by government agents, got onto planes without anyone noticing, all on the same day.

The failure of the security staff to stop the hijackers at the metal detectors is an obvious scapegoat. The F.A.A. had allowed for a security weakness to exist in allowing blades under four inches on planes legally anyway so they wouldn't have been stopped at metal detectors, the people who organized this event knew this. But catching the terrorists should have happened way before the security checkpoint. The U.S. government in reality works very closely with the airlines to do checks for red flags on every passenger, they search for anomalies in the passenger's life and they search in the FBI database. In Chicago, a black female passenger in 2001 was suing because she was strip searched at O'Hare Airport and she feels she was treated unjustly. No, a drug-sniffing dog was not employed; no she didn't have any weapons or act inappropriately in any way. She was strip searched based solely on the fact that she was going to Jamaica, she was unemployed and she bought her ticket for cash. Now an airline would know if she bought her ticket for cash, and they would of course know the passengers destination, but how would they know she was unemployed at the time of her trip? The answer is simple that a background check is routinely done on passengers all the time. This was an actual lawsuit that was brought and reported in the news last year right before 9/11. Why was no background check done on any of these hijackers? How could six terrorists get on a flight together, and one lady couldn't get to Jamaica without being strip searched?

•  No reports have been released of the pilots getting off any kind of warning that the planes were being hijacked.

Apparently flight attendants were being stabbed and there must have been commotions that the pilots could hear before the terrorists made it to the cabin. Did the pilots, who are always in contact with ground control, immediately give up the plane without any one of them being able to issue a mayday? That is inconceivable. No it is most likely that several maydays were issued, and that the U.S. had up to a 45 minute window to respond�we of course know that no response at all was made, no air defenses were made available.

11. The U.S. refusal to show proof that led them to the certain knowledge that Osama Bin Laden was the sole person behind this bombing.

The Taliban before they were overthrown seemed to be trying to buy time with this request, but remember�The Bush regime's initial answer to this request was to say that revealing the evidence would show top secret evidence gathering abilities of the U.S. Government. Later they said they would try to put something together�a move seemingly designed to buy time for themselves. Months later they came out with a video tape of Bin Laden that showed him supposedly talking about the terrorist events. Within a week however it was revealed that the translation that our government released of what Bin Laden was saying was full of gross inaccuracies. Many responded to the tape as an example of Wag The Dog done with Forest Gump type movie technology. This is the only evidence that has yet to be presented that Bin Laden was connected to 9/11. No discussion in the public dialogue has ever taken place in regards to when Bin Laden stopped working for the C.I.A. and why he stopped working for them, and where the massive funding that must be needed to fuel Al-Qaeda is coming from is still a mystery.

You might not want to hear this type of discussion right now as we are all mourning the terrible loss of life over the last four years, however we do not have the time to allow ourselves the luxury of prolonged condolences. We are poised on the eve of what could be the beginning of World War III, and what could even be the beginning of the greatest cataclysm of all�the end of civilization and even the extermination of man. Our leaders seem to be enthusiastic about this war, like they want it. Bush smiles the entire time during his speeches about war. We are going into this action with little regard to the great instability the world is in right now, economically, politically and environmentally. In only four years of having been in office, look what President Bush has presided over. Economic crisis has destroyed what was in the 90's perhaps the greatest economic boom time in history, the most horrible terrorist event ever, the beginning of a war in Afghanistan, incessant bombings of innocents in Israel and occupation of the Palestinian Territories, an unprecedented growth of a new police state in the U.S., over 100,000 dead injured and displaced, the U.S. poverty rate is 12.5% and rising every year, our deficit (which was a surplus when he entered office) is the largest ever, his tax cut which gave $1000 to the average income earner gave over $70,000 per year to the richest 1% in the country, we have had a net loss of jobs of 1.1 million which is the first time a President has done that since Herbert Hoover and the great depression, 45 million Americans are now without health insurance up from 38 million when he took office, Abu Gharib has soiled forever America's image in the world as the great liberator and along with all of the peasants that we have killed in Iraq with our unprovoked attack of their country has painted us as the great oppressors instead and an end to all civil liberties and individual rights, environmental protections are being eliminated and attacked at a rate never seen before, Anthrax attacks, California and New York are besieged with problems, corporations are being revealed at an alarming rate to be frauds with mergers and collapses decreasing an already sparse level of competition, the stock market is destroying people's 401k's�nearly every aspect of our life is under attacked or being challenged at every moment of the day. American society on every level has become a killing field. I would encourage you to stop singing God Bless America for a minute and read a book, get informed about the things I have said here�these examples I have given were researched by me in only two days. God will not bless America if it destroys his planet and everything on it�and I believe that is the undertaking we are about to begin upon. When you look at the face of George Bush and Dick Cheney you might very well be starring at the face of the Anti-Christ. The American Conservatives are leading us on a path of destruction that would make Hitler blush.

And just so that you know�we say these things because we love what America could be and should be. We feel these things must be said, deliberated and acted upon�ignorance of the truth is no exception from it. The objective force of ultimate reality will hold you in judgment for your life, whether you call it God, Buddha, Allah or whether you believe in an abstract universe, there is an objective justice�there is an absolute right and wrong. Call yourself naïve to God's face when he asks you why you did nothing to prevent the destruction of the Earth. We lament the loss of the American spirit and need to seek the greatest forms of truth and individuality more than I lament the lives of all those who have given theirs to protect those ideals. For if we allow these qualities to continue to be extinguished then their having died will truly have been for nothing. The thousands that died in The World Trade Center, the hundreds of thousands that died in the Civil War, the millions who have died throughout all time in the defense of freedom, did not do so in order for the United States to protect itself from dissent�but to preserve the right to dissent. We must act now and act decisively�an Armageddon is nearing. You can feel it and sense it is there. You are annoyed by a feeling of uneasiness and stress that you cannot define. You are sensing the great evil that leads us now. It's time to define it, it's time to admit it to yourself. Confront your true nature. What do you think they do to the major media people to make sure the party line is enforced to the letter? The advent of the Non-Disclosure Agreement as well as the virtual end of competition in America means that no one can afford to blow the whistle unless they don't mind having their lives destroyed or starting all over from scratch.

Many of you will read these words this evening with total disbelief and think this Commission a fringe element, despicable and at best paranoid for even asking you to consider whether it was indeed Bush and Cheney that gave the order to bomb the World Trade Center. Before you condemn this report you should consider something you might not be used to hearing�the truth. The truth is that Americans have died at the hands of Americans before; in fact Americans were murdered by Americans to serve as a catalyst to initiate a war for the exact same end results that the World Trade Center bombing seems to have accomplished. In February 1898 there was a growing hostile environment within Spanish owned Cuba and growing sentiment in this country to engage in Imperialism. The country had been moved to jingoistic fervor by a vigorous campaign waged by the widespread and prestigious newspaper chains run by William Randolph Hearst and Joseph Pulitzer. The battleship Maine was sent to Cuba to check supposed Spanish aggression. On the 15 th of the month the ship unexpectedly blew up with no sign of hostilities. The Spanish were blamed for the incident even though they in fact rushed to help the survivors and did everything they could to provide aid. 253 U.S. sailors were lost in the explosion. The end result of the incident was to lead to the U.S. immediately declaring war against a then very weak Spain, which they were to beat soundly thereby annexing the territories of Puerto Rico, The Philippines, Cuba and Guam. Just as a sidebar The Philippines wound up resisting U.S. occupation and mounted an insurrection during which 600,000 Philippines were killed. More specifically, experts at the time soon realized that the Spanish had nothing to do with the sinking of the Maine as our government had explained to us, in fact the ship boilers overheating was the likely cause. In subsequent years most experts believe that the explosion was very likely caused by operatives for the United States to cause the war. This is basic history. You shouldn't need me to tell you, but it represents an example of the United States killing Americans or, at the very least to blame American deaths on a convenient enemy, using their deaths to act as an impetus to galvanize public opinion and justify, in their minds, a U.S. declaration of war. You see this type of government activity has been done before. When you say that I am imprudent by suggesting the U.S. turned their head or even organized the attack on the Trade Center�all I can say is �Remember The Maine.�

Another thing we are led to believe is the extent of the Al-Qaeda threat. The drug cartels move thousands of tons of drugs into this country every day supposedly undetected, yet Al-Qaeda has not been able to smuggle a single bomb into the country ever! That alone should reveal the nature and the relative scope of what we are facing here. Either the Al-Qaeda threat is being massively overstated, or the drug war is being facilitated by the government�you cannot rationally expect that our inability to stop drugs is not transferred to people trying to bring bombs. Maybe the people just are not trying to bring bombs�maybe the government looks the other way for drug imports�or maybe, as in Iran Contra, covert elements of the government fund their operations with the drug trade.

Those of you who love this country need to define what it is that you love about it. While it is true that there is pluralism in this country and a certain amount of freedom�it comes at a cost. That cost has been paid by the perpetual underclass in this country and by the rest of the world in the sweat shops that make possible American profit margins. That cost has been paid for in countries like Chile where Pinochet, a hideous and murderous dictator, came to power because of a CIA covert operation to kill and overthrow Allende.

I believe we ought to call for the immediate abolishing of the Republican Party in America. Destroy the Right before it destroys us. They manipulate, lie, cover up, steal and kill and then call it the Moral Majority just to rub your face in it. With point people like Rush Limbaugh and Brit Hume endlessly pounding right wing propaganda into the relatively undereducated and therefore impressionable minds of middle America, there are few who are equipped to fight this menace. As long as we do nothing, as long as we allow these misanthropists to continue their siege against the true nature of freedom we will be doomed to have backed a side that is morally bankrupt. For true freedom walks hand in hand with justice. If America wants to lead the world it must first provide an example worth following. We cannot have elected officials or support political parties that have committed so many heinous crimes. We have to act to solve the problems that cause such a large prison population. We have to stop sexploitation in the media. We have to not only actively participate with the rest of the world to protect against environmental destruction, but we should be leading the world in the charges to make our climate safer. We have to find ways to be less materialistic and wasteful and find other ways to be happy besides the trappings of materialism. We have to do everything we can to create a society that provides opportunities, not just for good jobs but to feel that there are things in life worth being involved in. We have to stop allowing companies within the United States to support sweat shops that resemble prison camps throughout the world as a source of labor to maintain a high profit margin. We have to establish, as every other industrialized nation in the world has, a national health system. We have to pay whatever it takes to get the finest of intellects and progressive minded people to be our politicians and lead our country instead of paying political figures bottom dollar so they need to accept lobbying money to pay for their landscapers. We have to end the advertising industry and commercial basis for the funding of our media as this manipulates us into having dehumanized thoughts and behavior. We need to stop spending vast amounts of money and the production capacity it represents on sports stadiums and entertainment and re-channel those capacities into education and infrastructure. We need to protect against the consolidation of capital in the hands of so few in the form of corporate mergers, which has the effect of destroying competition, leaving us with little freedom in the marketplace both for jobs and freedom of choice. And we cannot sit back and wait for the government to do these things for us�for they will never act on these issues. We must do them ourselves. We must do them now. The American government acts to preserve the status quo, to protect at all costs only the most affluent of its constituents. If you want to fight a war for the cause of freedom throughout the world, you don't need to go to the Middle East to do it. There is a war that needs to be waged right here at home. There is a desperate need to re-establish freedom right here within our land. The American Experiment is really to have created a country made up of all people and religions from throughout the entire world and have them live together and develop one culture�it is really the microcosm of the dream we should share for the entire world�one people�one world. It is an awesome responsibility, one that I believe that could only be charged to this country�that of uniting the entire world in the spirit of the Declaration of Independence with that old line about holding certain truths to be self evident. You cannot impose this upon the rest of the world by force, you must lead by example. If you impose your will, you are a tyrant�if you create a society steeped in freedom, well educated, free from the antagonism of the advertising industry and insurance companies, leading the world in environmental activism, free from lobbyists and special interests, free from the influence of a stoic and passive media that is no longer capable of revealing the truth about anything and free from the evils of its own political leaders�then the entire world would truly be our allies, they would seek to be like us�marvel at our pluralism, jealous of our shared experience. We would then be immune to any attack. Our power would be overwhelming. Few realize the level and extent of our oppression, but it is immense�it happens in such a subtle way and we all work so hard that we have little time to rationalize our lives and the world around us. You need to unlock the door; you need to walk through to the other side. The world is desperate for you to make the journey. You are Americans; you represent the most important experiment in the history of the world. The American Experiment. It is an experiment to find out whether a place created for all people of all ethnicities, cultural and economic backgrounds and of all faiths can survive in this world as one, thrive in this world and make all other people who come after us who strive towards great accomplishments say in those moments that they struggle��I am here, I belong, what I am doing is right.�
